PRESIDENT
Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence KCVO CB ADC(P)

Sir Tim Laurence is Vice Chairman of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, Chairman of the English Heritage Trust and Chairman of the Major Projects Association. He also chairs two property companies specialising in urban regeneration. His 37 year career in the Royal Navy included over 20 years in operational and leadership posts, including four warship commands. He later worked for several years as a strategist and resource planner at the Ministry of Defence. His final job in uniform was as Chief Executive of Defence Estates, managing the Department's land and buildings, both in UK and overseas. He is a Trustee of RNLI and of the HMS Victory Preservation Trust.
